COPY, PASTE, AND PRINT OUT THE ORDER FORM BELOW,
SELECT AND ADD THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION TO THE FORM:
TYPE OF LIST(S) WANTED. (PRE-FORECLOSURE or PROBATE)
COUNTY(S) WANTED.
LENGTH OF SUBSCRIPTION. (1 MONTH, 6 MONTHS, OR 12 MONTHS)
SEND SUBSCRIPTION FEE AND FORM TO THE ADDRESS BELOW.

Pre-foreclosure and Probate lists are prepared in Excel format. Lists are delivered by email. Information is available every day (5), twice a week (2), or once a week (1).
Pre-foreclosure lists allows you four (4) weeks to work out a possible solution with their mortgage default status.
Probate lists provide the name, address, and contact information of the personal representative to be able to help provide a solution to the probate estate.

To send payment using PayPal

  1. Total up the amount for the subscription(s) you are ordering.
  2. Log into Your PayPal account
  3. Find TOOLS in the menu bar at the top of Your PayPal Home page
  4. Scroll down the TOOLS list and Click on SEND MONEY
  5. On the SEND MONEY page Click on PAY FOR GOODS AND SERVICES
  6. On the PAY FOR GOODS AND SERVICES page enter the email address [email protected] to send money to.
  7. Click on NEXT
  8. Enter AMOUNT to be sent (from the total calculated in Step 1 above)
  9. Enter in the NOTE box, your name, email address you want the lists sent to, your phone number, the type and length of Subscription(s). For example: John Smith, [email protected], 248-795-3322, Oakland Probate 6 months
  10. In the Shipping Address box Select NO ADDRESS NEEDED
  11. Click on CONTINUE
  12. Then Click on SEND MONEY NOW.
